Do I need a gym?

No. We can do this with dumbbells, bands, and bodyweight. If you have a gym, great — I’ll program for that too.

How do remote sessions work?

We’ll meet via Zoom for consults and check‑ins. Programming and habit tracking happen in the coaching app with messaging between calls.
